Tim Mai is the embodiment of the American Dream. Having survived a childhood that included war, a dramatic escape from pirates at sea, and languishing in a refugee camp, he arrived in Houston, Texas, at age 12, with his 19-year-old brother, speaking no English and with nothing more than the shirt on their back.

Tim seized the opportunities America presented him with by hustling his way through high school, college, and eventually realizing his dream of financial independence through real estate.

He is an industry leader who has acquired and exited well over $50M worth of real estate and is currently a General Partner (GP) and Limited Partner (LP) in over 2800 units of multifamily apartments.

Tim has taught thousands of people how to get started in real estate investing. And has also partnered with many passive investors to help them earn passive income and build wealth.

As the founder of HERO Wealth Partners and HERO Wealth Fund, Tim strives to provide his investors with stable cash flow and long-term capital appreciation by buying multifamily and other commercial real estate assets.

Along with his many business accomplishments, he has also been very active with several charity organizations in Houston and has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities.

Tim is also the founder of the Teen Millionaire Challenge, which teaches young people how to build wealth through real estate investing.

Tim lives in Sugar Land, TX with his, high school sweetheart, wife, and two amazing teenage boys.

Jennifer is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with 20+ years of experience in audit, accounting, and finance. Throughout her career,

Jennifer has not only excelled professionally but also demonstrated her passion for mentorship, having successfully guided and mentored fellow accountants and corporate professionals to help them achieve their career goals.

Her professional background has been instrumental in her real estate success, and she is committed to giving back to the real estate community by volunteering her time and financial expertise to educate and mentor aspiring multifamily investors.

Lea Rodriguez is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experience and expertise. She obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the prestigious University of Texas Medical Branch, and has spent over 29 years practicing in various healthcare settings as both a physical therapist and a director of rehabilitation.

In addition to her successful career in healthcare, Lea is also a seasoned real estate investor with a substantial portfolio of properties. With ownership in over 5,100 apartment units in Texas and Arizona, as well as single-family rentals in Texas, New Jersey, and the Philippines, Lea has an impressive $200 million in assets under management.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lea is a 2nd-dan black belt and former national athlete in Karatedo. She has stood on multiple international podiums to receive medals and has since gone on to coach elite athletes who have also achieved international success.

Overall, Lea’s broad range of accomplishments and experiences make her a well-rounded and dynamic individual with a proven track record of success.

Jon De Los Reyes is a Real Estate Investor and Ecommerce Entrepreneur based in Houston, TX. He tried many different fields, from engineering to investment management. He wanted to find that “ideal job” and climb the corporate ladder.

Unfortunately, he did not find one that aligned with his values. By sheer luck, he took an entrepreneurship class in his last semester in MBA school that made him realize that his ideal career is something he needed to create.

He built a 3- yr plan that revolved around generating cash flow first from selling products online and then building wealth through Real Estate. Prior to his current endeavors, he worked for esteemed companies in the energy sector for 15 years.

He established his foundation as an engineer and took on roles as an analyst, associate, process engineer, project manager, and operations manager. He attained his MBA from the University of Houston in 2019.

He also managed a student-run stock portfolio fund and held a fiduciary responsibility to their investors. In 2021, Jon and his wife, Michelle discovered the power of Multifamily syndication.

They went all-in and invested in 1,413 apartment units in 6 short months and wanted to share this opportunity with as many people as possible. They currently operate as Co-Sponsors under DLRX Ventures.

The company exists to positively impact busy professionals to attain above-average investment returns by investing in large apartment complexes so they can enjoy the things that they love with the people that they love.
